We have experience in managing teams in the delivery of schemes starting at Concept Design, through Preliminary, Detailed and then support during the construction phase of works.

Road Saftey

We have experience in delivering Road Safety Studies and Road Safety Audits across the country.

With over 150 Road Safety Audits undertaken, our team of Society of Road Safety Auditors (SoRSA) qualified, Certificate of Competency (CoC) and National Highways approved Auditors are readily available to assist where needed.

Feasibility Studies and Bid Submissions

We have delivered a range of Feasibility Level Studies and reviews including research into parking demand in towns and villages, Active Travel route optioneering, and Minor Improvement studies covering various Business Parks.

Furthermore, we've developed Business Cases to secure funding, including recent success in obtaining development funds for Public Transport corridor improvements under Bus Service Improvement Plans.

Traffic Regulation Orders

We have extensive experience in the delivery of Traffic Regulation Orders and Moving Vehicle Orders, having worked with a range of Local Authorities to provide a comprehensive map and text-based offer.

We are able to assist in the design process as well as the drafting and making of orders in whatever form, whether it's introducing parking restrictions, banning movements or consolidating a host of existing orders.

Road
Safety Audits

Recent Road Safety Audits
by Transport Network Connect

One notable example is the audit performed on Front Street Hartlepool, commissioned by Hartlepool Borough Council. This audit focused on capacity improvements to the roundabout.
The Stage 3 Audit process involved a comprehensive review of the signed Audit Brief, an analysis of available traffic data and previous audit reports, an on-site visit attended by relevant representatives, and the preparation of a report conforming to the GG119 standard.

Comprehensive Road Safety Assessment

During the audit, our dedicated Audit Team assessed various aspects of road safety. They identified certain elements that fell outside the audit's scope but were deemed worthy of attention. These findings were documented in a cover letter accompanying the audit report.
Our commitment to a thorough road safety assessment ensures all relevant factors are considered, contributing to safer road systems for our communities.
